Screenshot prices are what we listed at; most went for a little less after some back and forth. $15,220 is what we actually collected. Our results, not typical.

Step 03 An afternoon

We come to your house

We go through it with you and pick out everything worth selling, photograph all of it, and take notes on every piece.

Vincent and Jessica
Step 04 25 to 40 listings

We build your listings

On a separate day, we write the title, the description and the price for every item we found, and pick the photos. Twenty five to forty listings. We price to get you what your things are worth.

Step 05 A couple of hours

We put the listings online for you

We get on a call and post them to your account, or you give us access and we post them while you do something else. By the end of the call, everything is live.

Step 06 Unlimited

Text us any time after that

A message you're not sure how to answer, an offer that feels low, someone asking questions you don't know? Send it over and we'll tell you what to say.

You also get the part of our course that covers talking to buyers, so you'll know what to do before you ever need to ask us.

Saturday, 8:41 pm

Someone offered $120 for the dresser. It's listed at $180. Do I take it?
Counter at $165 and say you can hold it till Sunday.
He took $165. Picking up tomorrow.
Step 07 3 months

We review your unsold listings once a month

For three months, we get on a call and go through everything that hasn't sold. We change the prices, the photos or the titles until it moves.

In writing, in the agreement

The $2,500 guarantee

By the end of the 90 days after your listings go live, if you haven't sold at least $2,500 of your unused items, we refund the difference.

This is for you if

You have a lot to sell. Furniture, electronics, things in a garage or storage unit you haven't touched in years.

You'd rather not spend weeks working out what things are worth, taking the photos and writing the listings.

You want a real price for your things, not whatever clears them out fastest.

You're within 45 minutes of Clearwater.

This is not for you if

You have a few hundred dollars of things. We run a free workshop where we teach people to do this themselves, and that would serve you much better.

You want someone to come and take everything away. That's a hauling service, and it isn't what we do.

You're hoping to get back what you paid. Used furniture and electronics sell for a fraction of retail. There's nothing we can do about that, and if that number is going to upset you, this isn't for you.

You want someone else to answer every message and meet every buyer. We build the whole thing, but the conversations happen on your account, with you.

Who you'd be working with

Vincent & Jessica · Clearwater

We live in Clearwater with our son. Vincent runs a marketing company. Jessica finds and lists most of what we sell.

The first place we looked was a storage unit we were paying $450 a month to keep, full of boxes we hadn't opened in two years. That was the part that got to us. Not the money we hadn't made, the money we were spending every month to store things we didn't want.

We listed everything in it, then everything we weren't using around the house. It came to $15,220 over five months, and we cancelled the storage unit.

Vincent and Jessica

We're not resellers and we don't run a store. We got unusually good at this, got asked about it enough times, and now we do it for a few people a month.

We'll both be there.

One number, decided on the call

What it costs

What you pay

One fee

Flat, and paid upfront.

We give you the exact number on the call, once you've told us what you have. No percentage, no cut of your sales.

What you keep

Your money

You collect the money, not us.

Your money never comes near us. Buyers pay you directly and every dollar is yours.

Who it suits

Many items

It has to be worth several times the fee.

If what you have doesn't come to that, we'll tell you on the call and point you to our free workshop.

We only take on a few people a month

Apply to work with us directly

We only take a small number of clients at a time. Tell us what you've got and we'll tell you if it's a fit. Takes about three minutes. If you're not a fit, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.

Questions people ask

All of Pinellas County, from Tarpon Springs down to St. Petersburg, plus the towns just over the line: Westchase, Odessa, Trinity and Holiday.

If your town isn't there, apply anyway and we'll tell you.

Someone does, so we can go through the house together on the day of the visit. It doesn't have to be you.

Yes, and it's a lot of what we do. Someone has to be there to walk through it with us, and the listings go on the account of whoever will be answering the messages. That can be you or them.

Sometimes. It depends what you have and how you want to price it. Tell us your date on the call and we'll be straight with you. If it's too tight, we'll say so rather than take your money.

Not the day we visit. Writing and pricing thirty listings properly takes us a few days. We book the listing call as soon as they're ready, usually within a week of coming to your house.

The visit is an afternoon. The listing call is usually a couple of hours, and we can do it ourselves with access to your account while you do other stuff in your house. After that it's replying to messages, which takes about as long as texting a friend, and a 30-minute call once a month.

Yours. We send you a two minute setup checklist before we come. If anything's missing, we sort it on the listing call.

Directly by the buyer, in cash or however you agree. Every dollar goes to you. We never touch your money.

You do, and we show you exactly how. Most of it is three messages and someone turning up at your door. You get the part of our course that covers talking to buyers: what to say to someone who lowballs you, someone who wants to haggle at the door, and someone who says they're coming and doesn't.

You choose where you hand things over. Most people do it on the driveway or at the garage and nobody comes inside. For small things you can meet in a parking lot. We show you how to set it up so it's quick, and how to screen someone before you agree to a time.

Text us and we'll tell you what to change. It's almost always the price, the first photo, or the title. And we review your unsold listings together on a call every month for three months.

We can price for speed instead of for value. Once we've seen everything and done the research, we'll show you both numbers on each item: what it's likely to fetch at a normal price, and what it's likely to fetch if you want it gone in a couple of weeks. You choose. We can't promise a date, because a buyer still has to turn up. But lower prices move things faster, and if that's what you want, that's how we'll price it.

No. Nothing leaves your house until a buyer collects it.

Nothing is ever in our possession, so there's nothing for us to damage or lose.

Tell us what you've got and we'll tell you if you're a fit.

If you're not, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.

The results shown are our own, from selling our own things, and they are not typical. What sells, and for how much, depends on the items you own and what buyers in your area are paying. We do the finding, the photographs, the pricing and the listings. We don't control what a buyer decides to do. Our written guarantee is in the agreement and this notice does not change it.
